"Returns"

I'm a English women who had to but a dress for a pre wedding party .always seen lovely dresses in the shop so went in .thought I needed to look about 1 month in advance in case I couldn't find one ,was also thinking about going to southall. I went in explained what I needed and the staff was very quick to find me dresses .after I 3rd dress I tried on I found one .the staff was quick to get me bangles and bindi to match .This weekend I found out the wedding was of so went to take the dress back ,you can tell its not been worn as it still smells of shop (that market stall smell) I explained what had happened and they where quick to say there is no return after 5 days ,this time they where not so helpful ,and there was no budging them .I explained as an English person I'm never going to wear the dress .sell it on ebay I was told we do it all the time .until this experience I loved this shop but now will never return ,anyway southall is much cheaper ..
